Portfolio Construction |
We develop a clear understanding of our client’s goals and objectives through an asset allocation review and pension asset liability study for ERISA portfolios. For non-ERISA portfolios we utilize cash flow analysis and portfolio modeling. Construction starts with performance analytics in concert with our CMA analysis. We identify managers with strong performance potential, appropriate risk controls and strong fundamentals. We select the best managers in each asset category using quantitative and qualitative screening with no proprietary mandates. Our proprietary pairings process pairs complementary high-performing, low correlated managers within strategic asset classes to improve long term risk-adjusted performance and reduce volatility. |
