| Wespath builds investment portfolios to support the missions of our faith based 501c3 clients. We work with clients to understand their overall objectives, including its unique investment objectives, time horizons, spending policy, income needs, risk tolerances, and other considerations. Using this information, Wespath will develop appropriate asset allocations for each pool based on statistical asset allocation modeling using our long-term return, risk and correlation assumptions. Wespath is a long-term investor. We do not use a tactical / market timing approach, and use active managers to take advantage of short-term dislocations. At the fund level, we seek to add diversifying asset classes with attractive long-term return potential. Wespath’s investment team uses fundamental research and quantitative modeling to build efficient asset mixes, incorporating active management for inefficient areas of the market, and the use of passive to lower fees and reduce tracking error. The result is a highly diverse, global strategy focused on achieving the client’s long-term goals. |
