Portfolio Construction |
We customize each portfolio to our client’s goals and objectives. We do not utilize any standard model allocations. For example, for clients that are cash flow negative, we construct portfolios to favor income vs. capital appreciate to help offset the need to sell assets in a down market. We develop capital market assumptions, utilize asset liability modeling and partner with clients to understand not just the risk of the investments but the risk that the investments represent to the business. We then construct a portfolio to best manage that risk. We work within all asset classes, but also have deep experience utilizing derivatives to help drive efficiency and risk mitigation. |
