Portfolio Construction |
We conduct a thorough exploratory process to ensure the client’s unique mission, goals and objectives are understood and well documented. Then, we review and confirm the IPS at the outset of the relationship, defining the permissible asset classes, subasset classes and the minimum, maximum and long-term weightings to guide a long-term allocation. We seek a high probability of real portfolio growth in excess of inflation over the long term. With knowledge of the key considerations impacting portfolio construction, we model different liabilities, expected returns, standard deviations, spending and inflation rates using proprietary Monte Carlo analysis tools. |
