Summary of Offering
LGIM America’s LDI process focuses on opportunistically improving funded status outcomes while seeking to minimize volatility. LGIM America’s approach requires a significant investment in resources (i.e., people, tools), guided by a clear philosophy and process, which they believe leads to increased accountability. Overall, LGIM America prides itself on delivering tailored solutions that fit the unique objectives and preferences for its clients. LGIM America seeks to understand its clients’ needs and situation better than anyone else, and it allows this information to dictate what the appropriate solution should be, as opposed to continually offering “off-the-shelf” solutions.
Client Restrictions: Currently, LGIM America only offers its services to institutional clients and does not offer services to high-net-worth or retail investors. LGIM America’s clients are (1) the SMA clients, (2) the LGIM America Funds or other investment entities for which LGIM America serves as investment adviser or sub-adviser and (3) the affiliated and unaffiliated investment advisers for which LGIM America serves as sub-adviser, including unaffiliated OCIOs. Investors in the LGIM America Products include U.S. and non-U.S. affiliated and unaffiliated: public and private pension plans and pension funds, certain of which are subject to ERISA; other employee benefit plans; insurance companies; Taft-Hartley plans; corporations, including healthcare organizations; trusts; banks; charitable organizations; foundations; endowments; and other business entities.
