Investure utilizes primarily a multi-strategy, multi-manager approach to investing. Their investment philosophy is fundamentally-oriented with a focus on quality and understanding underlying asset values. From an investment performance perspective, they believe there are two investment tools that can drive long-term value: (1) asset allocation, and (2) investment selection. Their investment approach is equity ownership-centric as we believe this to be the best means for achieving risk/return objectives over the long term. While the portfolio is heavily invested in equities particularly private assets, they do maintain a stable, diversified asset allocation. They occasionally tilt the portfolio towards areas of perceived value. |
