Comment
Like almost all of the LDI providers in the survey, Prudential’s scores from clients are down this year. Still, the firm collects two top five scores, a 4.44 out of 5.00 for timely performance reporting, and a 4.14 for funded status attribution. Both of these areas were also standouts for Prudential in our 2017 survey. The only category needing attention is perhaps new ideas and solutions, where clients give the firm its only average score below a 4.00.
