A perennial standout in this survey, NISA once again makes it into all seven of the league tables with average scores above 4.00 out of 5.00 in every category measured. Its scores are down from last year across the board, however, with funded status attribution being the most significant drop and where the firm had the highest score of all providers a year ago. NISA’s score for satisfaction with its overall offering is also down a bit, causing a bump to third place from the top spot last year.
