BlackRock’s scores from its LDI clients are somewhat down this year: For satisfaction with their overall offering, the average is 3.89 out of 5.00 versus a 4.29 average score in 2017. However, no clients reported being “unsatisfied” this year, which is always a good thing. BlackRock’s highest scoring category this year, a 4.13, is again for responsiveness to general inquiries, and its score of 4.04 for timely performance reporting is an improvement from last year’s 3.95 score in that category.
