LGIMA continues its growth and expansion in the US institutional space, leveraging the expertise of its UK insurer parent. This year’s survey performance unfortunately reverses the gains seen in 2015. Less satisfied clients (17%) bring its overall offering score down more than 11% to 4.17 out of 5, and the firm lags all competitors in timely performance reporting and funded status attribution (a precipitous drop where LGIMA excelled last year). It is noteworthy that LGIMA continues to attract additional responses, and, once again, was praised for the responsiveness and accessibility of its investment team.
