Outsourced CIO firm TIFF Investment Management announced Wednesday the appointment of Chris Bunzel and Anne Duggan as managing directors in the firm’s client CIO group. Both appointments are effective immediately.
Both Bunzel and Duggan will come from OCIO firm Partners Capital. At Partners Capital, Bunzel and Duggan were managing directors and were at the firm for 12 years and 7 years, respectively. The two will each hold the title co-head of custom asset allocation and report to Jessica Portis, TIFF’s chief client officer.
“Chris and Anne will be responsible for developing and enhancing relationships with both current and potential clients to support their investment objectives,” a spokesperson for TIFF said.
TIFF, with $7.6 billion in assets under management, primarily serves nonprofit organizations with OCIO and private markets solutions. In May, the firm announced the appointment of John Stuntebeck as director of client development within its client CIO group.
“In our view, increasingly complex portfolios require a tailored investment approach, access to top-tier managers, and deep industry expertise to navigate the ever-changing landscape” Portis said in a statement. “The OCIO model is solving these issues across industries, and we are committed to investing in top talent that can work alongside our clients to deliver strong results. The additions of Chris and Anne underscore this commitment, and we are excited to welcome them to TIFF.”
Bunzel earned a bachelor of science degree in finance and mathematics from Boston College. Duggan earned a bachelor of arts degree from Brown University in business economics and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
